How do I create a TooToned profile?

To create a TooToned profile, simply click the register tab at the top of your browser, or alternatively click here.

How do I upload a profile picture or avatar?

This can be done through a variety of ways. Firstly you can use the TooToned Bar, located at the top of every TooToned web page. Just click “My Account”, then “Profile”, then “Change Avatar”.

Alternatively, you can change your avatar from your profile page.

Simply click profile, and then the change avatar tab that appears.

How do I attach an image to my forum post/topic?

Below your typing area, is a small box where you can choose to upload and attach images and files to your post. This can include progress images, misc images, workout routines, documents, whatever you want!
