Started Working out 2 Months ago I’ve noticed small changes which is great just want to spread up the process. Doing it all natural but I would like to get ripped faster. I am 5’5 138lbs and was at 14% now I have around 11-12% would like to be at 5-6%. Any Advice would be welcomed. Since I had fat on me I want to use that and just get cut to the max. Ideal Body: Lewis Morgan, Taylor Lautner, Brad Pitt obviously on a smaller framed guy ME…

138lbs at 5’5 is VERY light bro…. @ 11% BF I strongly suggest you to start a clean bulk and hit those weights heavy, it’s the only way you’ll put on muscle mass…. If you keep cutting at 138 pounds you will only be pulling yourself away from the physiques you admire and turn out looking scrawny.

5-6% BF are extremely low digits and most Bodybuilders only go that low for competition purposes. How is your caloric intake/Macros looking? What does your training plan look like?

The easiest and this is the easiest, jsut cut out your carb to like 100 a day and keep ur fats like 50 and protein like 200 and jsut HIIT every single day and you will be ripped in like 1 month, this however will lose a lot of muscle mass, but you can always bulk up after i guess

I have different gym workouts everyday i.e. Monday – Chest Tuesday – Shoulder Back Wednesday- Arms Thursday-Legs Friday- Deltoids Lower Back Saturday-Fat Burning. Mornings I eat either cereal or two wheat breads with peanut butter and jam(natural), Lunch I have Chicken Breast or Meat with Cupsize portion of rice and for Dinner a Tuna Sandwich on Wheat Bread. I Drink 1 Gallon of water or try to everyday. On my works outs I start with the Bike 30 mins and 15 mins eleptical for last 15 mins with 15 mins of Ab exercises hitting all parts of abs. I even used for a month MuscleTech Hydroxystim for past month I saw minimal changes dont know what I am doing wrong. I recently bought Animal Cuts have not used it yet should I with your suggestions. I weight now 145 Lbs and I am 5’5 with about 11-12% fat as you can see from my pictures.

I go to gym 5 days a week and start with 30 mins of cycling hitting lower abs when I do so and I sweat it out at level 10
Mondays Chest
I do 15 pushups inbetween bench press of 35 lbs two plates
I do 5 sets of 10 reps sometimes 8
Then I go to butterfly machine 50 lbs
4 sets of 10-15 reps
I then go to Cables and do 4 sets 15-20 reps of 30 lbs each weight and I change the heights on cable Upper middle low
The I go to free weights 25 lbs and do inclined chest 4 sets 10 reps and finsh with 15 min of bike again with 15 min of abs

Tuesday
I do Arms biceps and triceps free weights and cable 4 sets of 15-20 reps same cardio my cardio never changes 30 mins at beginning 15 mins at end with 15 mins of ABS

Wednesday
I do Lats, Shoulders Deltoids

Thursday
Back, Lower Back, shoulders

Friday
Legs calves hamstrings I am good on this if yu look at my profile pics I have no problem legs I guess because of my height is well

Saturday
I do a little of everything except legs and fat burning 30 Mins Bike, 15 Eleptical, 15 mins jogging on tread machine and 15 mins of ABS

I go to gym about 2 hours 1/2 because 30-45 of my beginnign workout is cardio since I am waiting before I start avaition school in Army as a Lieuetenant so I have next 3 months to get ripped or shredded.

I also weight 145 lbs and maybe 10-12 % would like 5-8%

Thanks Bro

Yo Lewis thanks bro much appreciative of the support… I started 2 1/2 months being feud uncared to the gym and food intake. Listen bro I’m in the army just Commisioned as a Lieutenant and finished university in DC so I have always been required to be fit in the sense if passing our fitness exams which I have alwat outperform: 12:30 2 mile run 100 situps 2 mins 95 pushups 2 mins but these 8 months starting 3 months ago I have more free time for the gym. Question how do I asses the portion amount of Chicken Meat Tuna Egg Peanut Butter and Milk in adequate amount of protein and if I am deficient what protein shake do you recommend. Thanks bro no lie my goal while hilarious at it may seem is to get your physique at my height but not bulky don’t want to look like might mouse lol. Again thanks for heads up…

Hi,

Lewis is right, it’s all about the diet, specificly when cutting, most (or alot) of people tend to overly decrease there calorie intake,
it actually makes the body believe its in a state of starvation, and will do everything it can to preserve that fat you want to get rid of!

I would reccomend dropping your calorie intake slowly, try 200 a week (To your current intake) –

Eat minimal carbs, but include a nice hearty breakfast (nothing high in fat, obviously)

keep up the protein, remember, 1.5 g of protein per pound of body weight..

And finally, get your self a LEAN protein shake to take post workout!

If you need any further help, please let me know.

Cheers,

- Mike

personaly id say 30mins bike at start of a session is too much..your wasting valuable energy…HIIT at the end of a session to burn excess not at the start mate
