Was thinking about about ways to bulk up before the summer came around. Managed to find an article about the GOMAD diet. I’m about 6′ and about 160lbs and my problem has always been eating enough and eating right. Well i’m a college student so i have access to a buffet so i always eat right, but eating enough is whats killing me. I was just curious if anyone has tried or heard about results of this actually working and if its worth it.
